Durapur System

Durapur RT – Is a heavy duty 3 component hygienic polyurethane based floor screed system designed to provide excellent resistance to high abrasion, high temperature, chemical attack and other physical aggression.  Typical installations: chemical processing, food & drink processing, heavy duty traffic and plant vehicle areas, engineering process areas.

Durapur SL – Is a medium duty flow applied flooring system based upon polyurethane technology which provides a surface with excellent resistances to abrasion, chemical attack and other forms of physical aggression; suitable for chemical processing, food & drink processing, engineering environments and warehousing.

Durapur MD – Is a medium/heavy duty flow applied flooring system based upon polyurethane technology which provides excellent resistances to abrasion, chemical attack and other physical aggression.  Ideally suited to areas such as chemical processing, food & drink processing and engineering process areas etc…

Durapur WR – Is a lightweight trowel applied cove/wall render system based upon polyurethane resin, designed specifically for use with Durapur RT polyurethane flooring in order to maintain the same standards of resistance to abrasion and chemical contact.  Durapur WR is used to form chemically resistant coving, fillets, gulleys, wall finishes and drainage systems levels.  Used in combination with Durapur RT to provide a totally seamless floor/wall finish within hygienic sterile process areas, when used in wet environments or high pressure washing is practised WR should be overcoated with 1-2 coats of Durapur TF.

Durascreed P – Is a heavy duty polyurethane based floor screed designed to provide good resistance to abrasion and other physical demands.  Ideally suited to medium to heavy duty applications, warehouse and storage areas, engineering facilities, public sector, workshops, stadium facilities and exhibition halls and many more …
